Sean O’Connor Physiotherapist BSc, MISCP

Sean qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Trinity College Dublin.
During his time in college he worked in a range of different hospitals in
Dublin and since graduating has been working in private practice. He
believes in using the most up-to-date scientific evidence as the basis
behind his treatments.

Sean has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in particular
injuries regarding the spine while also having a keen interest in
sports-related injuries. Due to his background in GAA he understands the
rehabilitation process from both the athlete’s and physiotherapist’s point of
view. He has gained experience working pitchside with athletes of all levels
in GAA, soccer and rugby. Sean incorporates the principles of strength and
conditioning when developing rehabilitation programmes and believes that
this is an integral part of injury prevention and management.
